only till ytd when i made 4 outgoing calls and today... it's real nervous when i talk to dem.. need to prepare wad to say n hw to ans to their qn if they have any.

I dun noe y i so suay, most of e calls r chinese speaking.. either is cannot speak english or china man.. -_-''

dis evening made a call to cust & kena scold by him, he say SH's after sales v lousy. Scolded me straight in e face. I agree with him la, but wad to do? i only call cust when i got e case, if i dun get oso can't blame me..

**Outgoing call was made to e cust**
WX: "Gd evening, dis is WX calling from Starhub Cable Vision"
Cust: a indian lady pick up e phone (**shouted**) Ah, Starhub.. (follow by some tamil language) pass e phone to indian man
WX: **On e line waiting for a long time**
Indian man(IM): "Yes?"
WX: "gd evening, dis is calling from Starhub cable vision, i understand tt u left ur contact no. behind a few days ago, can i know if any1 assist to your enquries Sir?"
IM: "erm ya, e case ah i cannot see on e TV"
WX: *** with e blur look on his face over at e other end*** nevertheless say "Sir, 1st of all, hw can i address u?"
IM: "wad"?
WX: "hw can i address u Sir?"
IM: "my address?" den he told mi his address -_-
WX: *** thinking to himself*** "damn stupid indian ppl, can't understand wad i am toking abt ah? ask u 4 name u give me ur address -_-
WX: "ok Sir, can i have ur IC no while i do a check 4 u?"
IM: ***dis time he understand & give me his IC no.***
WX: "ty Sir, pls hold on e line while i do a check 4 u"

i put him on hold while i told my senior abt it.. "wow lau, e indian man dunnoe wad e shit he wans.. tok oso cannot tok properly"

After e complaint to my senior i get back on e line...

WX: "ty for holding on e line Sir, how can i assist u in regards to dis a/c?"
IM: ***again, he repeat e same thing*** "e case ah i cannot see on e TV"
WX: ***i really catch no ball wad he toking le*** So i ask "Sir, u have 2 svc under dis a/c, wad svc would u like to enquire abt? max online or cable tv"
IM:"Maxonline"
WX: "ok, wad is it regards to?"
IM: "e case i cannot see on TV"
WX: ***by dis time i already damn hot le... wad does TV hv to do w ur maxonline?***
WX: "Sir, i think u have mistaken, maxonline does not hv anythg to do w ur TV, i think u r asking abt cable tv is it?"
IM: "yaya"

After tt, i explain to him his cable tv package den i finally know wad he wans & over at my side i do e necessary changes to his package. Wow lau, my english so chin meh? u cant understand a single thing tt i say ah?
